The first thing you need to realize about Tier 5 is that it is a secret tier. That means that you will not see it on the main site. If you want to use it, you will have to go on another site that hosts this tier. If the site is not accepting new users, that only means that they do not want to share the tier with everyone. If they don’t want it, then they aren’t going to be accepting new users. There is nothing you can do to participate on the site.
If you do find the tier, it will be under a name like « T5 Secret Tier » or something like that. Just be aware that if you are not willing to participate, you will not be able to see the tier.
